SHIPPING

"HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?"

We offer Standard Shipping (approx. 2-3 days for ties, 2-3 weeks for other) FREE OF CHARGE!  If you would like to expedite your shipping, we typically offer Premium Shipping (approx. 1-2 days for ties, 1-2 weeks for other) for a cost.

"WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"

Once your payment is verified, it typically takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order, excluding weekends or holidays.  Please keep in mind that some exclusive products we offer are “made-to-order”, which may extend the time until shipment.

 

RETURNS

"CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT I ORDERED?"

We are confident that you will love our products.  If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, just let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Only regular priced items may be refunded (sale items cannot be refunded).  Your item must be sent back in the original packaging and we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

"HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?"

To return your product, you should email us at: support@bizpersonessentials.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

"WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?"

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

"I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND!"

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first contact your bank and/or credit card company.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

TIE DETAILS

"WHAT ARE YOUR TIES MADE OF?"

We pay very close attention to the quality of each and every tie that is made in our name.  The shell and tipping of our ties are made of 100% silk.  The interlining (inside material) of the tie is made of 100% wool to provide that ideal drape and shape you are looking for.  All of our ties are held together with thick, sturdy bar tacks to ensure a solid hold and keep your tie from retiring early.

"WHAT IS THE LENGTH AND WIDTH OF YOUR TIES?"

Each of our ties are about 58 inches in length and about 3 inches in width.  We believe this is the most desirable size amongst the modern businessperson.

"WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WOVEN AND PRINTED TIES?"

With a woven tie, various color fibers are woven together to form a pattern, which provides a textured feel to the tie.  With a printed tie, the pattern is dyed onto the silk, which does not provide the same raised texture feel as a woven tie.  Many customers prefer the feel of the woven, but it really comes down to preference.
